Meet Ansar Shaikh, the youngest IAS Officer in India! He achieved this at just 21 years old by scoring 361st rank in the tough IAS Exam in 2016.
Ansar comes from a small village called Jalna in Maharashtra. His parents didn't have much money; his dad drove an autorickshaw, and his mom worked in the fields. But they always believed in the power of education.
Despite their financial struggles, Ansar's family made sure he got a good education. He did really well in school, scoring 91% in his tenth-grade exams. Later, he went to Pune College for his degree.
When it was time for the big UPSC exam, Ansar planned everything carefully. He chose Marathi as his language and Political Science as his subject. This smart planning paid off big time!
Ansar's journey wasn't easy. He faced challenges, like his brother having to quit school to work. But Ansar never gave up. With support from friends and his coaching institute, he worked hard and succeeded.
Now, Ansar serves as the ADM in Cooch Behar, West Bengal. His story teaches us that with determination and support, we can overcome any obstacle and achieve our dreams.
