Pattern of IAS Prelims Examination
The preliminary phase of UPSC Civil Service IAS exam consists of objective questions. There are two papers in preliminary exam conducted in a single day in two different shifts. The preliminary phase is also known as CSAT (Civil Service Aptitude Test).
