Meet Ansar Shaikh, the youngest IAS Officer in India! He achieved this at just 21 years old by scoring 361st rank in the tough IAS Exam in 2016. Ansar comes from a small village called Jalna in Maharashtra. His parents didn't have much money; his dad drove an autorickshaw, and his mom worked in the fields. But they always believed in the power of education. Despite their financial struggles, Ansar's family made sure he got a good education. He did really well in school, scoring 91% in his tenth-grade exams. Later, he went to Pune College for his degree. When it was time for the big UPSC exam, Ansar planned everything carefully.
